ASSIGNING YOUR TRADEMARK/S

By completing the following form with all the required information, you are authorising Complete IP Pty Limited, ABN: 79 121 180 505 to proceed with the preparation and filing of necessary documents and forms to assign the specified trademark/s (in Australia). If you wish to make a general enquiry, or if you wish to assign intellectual property that is registered in another country please email us .

To assign a trademark, we must draft a Deed of Assignment unless you have a Change of Company Name Certificate and it is the new company name you wish to assign to. If this is the case we will contact you to request a copy.
