Budget Trademarks; Cheap Trademarks; Low Cost Trademarks

1	All communication must be via electronic mail or facsimile
2	Only the ‘specific filing’ system is available under this structure.
3	At the search stage, only the government trademark database will be searched for existing trademarks that are the same or similar to yours and a brief summary will be provided on those findings.
4	If employing a 'fast track' option at search stage to receive results sooner than standard, payment is required in order to proceed; in the case of requesting results within 4 hours, our office must receive instruction by 1pm AEST Monday-Friday.
5	When filing using the budget service, you will be given the option as to whether you would like to be your own ‘address for services’, or have Complete IP Pty Limited acting in that capacity. If you elect yourselves, all government correspondence will come directly to you for attention. If you elect Complete IP, an additional fee of $100 will apply. NB: If you are from outside Australia, you will be required to have an Australian address for service so this fee will apply to you.
6	Whether you choose for our office to be your address for service or not, if your application is met with objections, we can assist at our standard hourly charges.
7	Any discounts or special offers promoted by Complete IP Pty Ltd may not be used in conjunction with this budget structure.

Please note: If you have a comprehensive search conducted, you may not file using the budget fee structure.
